I would actually give it 0 stars but that is not an option here. The employees were rude. I went there with my small dog to get a fro-yo and sit outside. They stepped in front of me right when I walked in and wouldn't allow me in with my dog. There was no one in there. The proceeded to tell me I had to leave because I had my dog they would not allow me to just quickly purchase something and they did not offer to take my order and get me any thing at all. They told me just to leave my dog outside. I was not going to leave my dog outside and I told them this is ridiculous because most places allow dogs inside or at least outside on their patio. The frozen yogurt tastes decent, but it's way too overpriced! We ended up paying $11 for two cups that were barely half-full. This was after receiving 6 ounces for free—without that, it would have cost $16! Plus, they almost wouldn't accept one of the coupons we got from the library's summer reading program, even though there were no printed terms preventing us from using both coupons in one order. We have two kids and ordered two cups, so there's no reason we shouldn't be able to use both coupons! This experience was very disappointing. Benjamin Marhefka is by far the most dedicated TCBY employee I've encountered. He deserves a raise immediately! The place was spotless during my visit, and his presence seemed to elevate the experience. The flavors were more delicious than any other time I've been there. It could have been his remarkable charisma or special vibe, but that was genuinely the best frozen yogurt I've ever had. I will absolutely return, but if Benjamin isn't working, I might just walk out.

Walked in with our family of five at 8:40 PM. We immediately felt unwelcome when they reminded us they closed in 20 minutes. We almost slipped and fell because the floors and already been mopped (no caution wet floor signs), and the chairs had been put away. As soon as we exited the building at 8:48 they lock the door behind us. Sharing in hopes the manager can counsel their employees.
The only shining light of Mt Pleasant TCBY's are the employees. No taster cups anymore? No Nutella as a topping? The onlu fruits look like they came from a can in the 1800's. Television that once played fun children cartoons turned off for good. Quality control has fallen away from what was once a place you'd find a fresh fun atmosphere.
I took the kids here as a surprise treat, but we didn't even make it inside because the only employee at the time was standing right in front of the door smoking. It was quite off-putting to have to walk through clouds of smoke just to get frozen yogurt.
Dear TCBY, we visited frequently during our summer stay in IOP and found your pumpkin flavor to be absolutely delicious.
