I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. The only staff member working had a terrible attitude towards me and was very unpleasant. They were out of strawberries and had one of the flavors mixed up. My husband is allergic to peanut butter, and if another customer hadn't pointed out the mistake, we would have eaten the wrong flavor. By that point, we were too frustrated to continue with our yogurt order. As a pregnant woman, the situation was very stressful for me. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I really enjoy this TCBY location. The toppings bar has a great variety of choices. I also appreciate the weekly specials they offer. On Fridays, you can get a 12-ounce cup and fill it with your favorite toppings for only $5! I brought my kids here for a treat and they were able to fill up their cups thanks to the special deal. The cashier even weighed their cups and encouraged them to add more toppings to get the most value for our money.
The waitress with red hair had a terrible attitude! She mopped the floor 20 minutes before closing and it was really slippery. There were no wet floor signs. And for the second week in a row, their blender was broken? Yeah, right. They are just too lazy to make a milkshake. We will be going somewhere else next time.

The scale in this place is broken the staff had said it was broken as well. The staff here consists of half naked children that have not been trained and are only worried about personal conversations . It’s definitely a bummer our family will not be back after the past experience we had.
My husband and I really love visiting this frozen yogurt shop. We appreciate having a place like this close by. They offer a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from.
