Lemonade is a must. The house appetizer, very tasty. Black rice with heura, recommended if you want to rediscover rice and discover authentic vegetable protein. The croquettes, a dish that the vegan/lactose intolerant cannot not ask for. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate cake, a sacher but better, and the brownie, very different from the typical crispbread. The service could not have been more friendly, attentive and fast.
