What a joke this place is! On January 5th i purchased a 20$ gift certificate they had on the localflavor website. i paid 10$ for the certificate. . Last night when i went to use it the woman flat out refused to honor it ..saying it shouldnt have been put on the website ......Ummmm but it was on the website and people bought them..and now they wont honor them.?! .. i paid for it ..and how is it my fault they were mistakenly on the website.. all i knew it was a good deal and i liked their food.. BUT NOW U HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND MY FAMILY'S BUSINESS. SHAME ON YOU.

The garlic knots tasted like they were stale and previously frozen, the rest of the food was okay but the customer service was very unprofessional. The server was very nice and apologetic but the girl behind the counter was very rude and confrontational. I don't usually write bad reviews but want to save others from this experience. Not going back there.

I just deleted my four star review from July... Tonight I picked up a pizza and garlic knots. I hope the owner doesn't kiss his mother with that mouth. He should be ashamed of himself. He's lucky I was just picking up because if I had my family with me I would have had words with him. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.
