The dinner experience at Terralina was not what I expected for a restaurant at this price range, even taking into account the fact that it’s in Disney Springs. The good part: we were seated on time, our waiter Candice was great and the food arrived quickly and at the proper temperature. The mussels appetizer was very good! Areas it needs to work on: The restaurant is pretty large to have the policy that only the sommelier can serve you a bottle of wine, we were half through our dinner when he finally brought the bottle, we even tried to cancel it but he insisted. Our experience at Terralina last night was dreadful. We left before even placing our order due to a reservation mix-up. We had a party of 7, but our reservation was for 6. The hostess was rude and visibly annoyed, but eventually found a solution for our table. Our waiter, Steve, seemed irritated that we only wanted water and no appetizers. His attitude made everyone at our table uncomfortable. We have visited this restaurant before without any issues, but after last night's poor treatment, we are hesitant to return. It was a disappointing experience, especially since we were celebrating a birthday.
This is an excellent Italian restaurant. We be in a good percentage of the restaurants at Disney Springs and most of them are pretty good, but this is one of the absolute best. If you want good Italian it's worth coming here even over other options that are not at Disney springs. The service is very professional, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and the service, and there is a wide variety of options available for everyone here. The kids will be happy with the selections as well.
Terralina did not disappoint. Dawn was awesome at the bar. Her old fashioned was one of the best I’ve tasted and recommend the Palmoma to a very picky drinker. It’s now her new favorite drink. The antipasti tower was beautifully laid out. Lots of meats, cheeses and veggies to choose from. Overall, great experience.

The manager TJ accommodated us outside after outside was closed for our anniversary which was a great gesture. Our server AJ was very informative and helpful on the menu his customer service was perfect. We absolutely loved the food the chef made and they made our anniversary amazing thank you
This place was great! This was our first Christmas being away from our home in CT. And I have to tell you it was perfect. The food was delicious and the waiter Eric was the most helpful and attentive. Thank you for making our Christmas so special!
The food is delicious, the ambiance is warm, and AJ is the best! My son loved the chocolate milk and at the end of the meal AJ brought us a chocolate milk to go on the house. AJ and Terralina truly have that magic mentality!
Great meal tonight. I had seafood of the day, Mahi Mahi over risotto with spinach and shrimp. So good. Wife had seafood fettuccine. Our server Tyler was spot on. My dish was his recommendation. Thank you.
