Tesco was absolutely packed with everyone doing Christmas food shopping today, but WELL DONE TESCO! Members of staff at every self-service checkout helping with packing, payments and problems, really sped up the process. Very good stock levels and all staff, even the trolley collectors were working really efficiently. How refreshing to see some forwards planning and thought having gone into staffing levels. I am usually an online shopper and dreaded this trip, but no need! Thank you and happy Christmas to you all when you eventually finish!
I used to frequent Tesco for my shopping needs, but recently had a bad experience when trying to return a faulty electric item that was only 2 weeks old. Despite having proof of purchase, they refused to accept the return. The Indian lady working at customer service was very rude to me, and when I requested to speak to the manager, they also responded aggressively, threatening to kick me out and ban me from the store. I will not be returning to Tesco after this incident.
In space of 5 minutes a girl with blonde hair told customers 3 times that there is 45 minutes waiting time, like she was annoyed with the fact people are waiting. The cafe was not full at all, still avaliable tables, and it was a lunch time. You are serving ready food that needs to be fried up in advance, 45 min to make beans, eggs and hash browns? One staff member to save the customers and bring the food?
Absolutely shocking what I sore today in Tesco cafe They left a young girl to serve people clear the tables and take food out The queue was massive as well the food was getting cold as was sat there for ages and people ended up getting there own food Our food came out absolutely freezing after waiting 35 minutes for it NOT IMPRESSED TESCO Sort it out

The cafe has really declined in quality. The tables and floors are dirty, and there is only one person serving, which makes getting a simple coffee take way too long. Tesco really needs to improve their service or consider not offering it at all.
It’s a bit too large It takes ages to find things especially when one item is too my far left then the next is way down to the other side. The choices are fantastic but you will need 2 or 3 hours in there.
This restaurant is like a big department store, offering a wide variety of food options and their own branded clothing on the easily accessible mezzanine floor, complete with a cafe.
It's ok to shop have most things you need, helpful staff, but the trolleys are a disgrace handles falls off dodgey wheels hardly any available
