Unfortunately, while the food was good, getting it was a challenge. Although our experience was not as bad as some other reviewers', we had to constantly scan the dining room in the hopes of spotting a meat server. When they did come out of the kitchen, they served the closest tables first, leaving us overlooked. We had to wave them down when they finally appeared, which was a departure from my previous experiences at churrasco restaurants.
We dined at 6pm on a Sunday and the restaurant was not even full. While the meat was tasty, I didn't feel that the $48 per plate price was justified given the difficulty in getting served.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were quickly seated. However, we were only visited by our server twice during a 1.5 hour period. To make matters worse, when they returned to our table the second time, they attempted to cut into the beef and it started gushing blood, splattering over three other tables and ourselves. The server admitted that they forgot to cook that particular item. The scene resembled a crime scene, with blood splattered all over the table, our clothes, the windows, walls, and a large puddle on the floor. Essentially, we ended up spending $50 per person for nothing more than a single chicken nugget.

Went for New Years Eve. Service was very lackluster and non existent. No green/red disc. Had to get meat plates from salad bar and very awkward interactions. Food was good quality and tasted good but service kind of put a damper on our evening. For what we pay I’d think service should be top notch

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The service and food were both excellent. Our server, Gustavo, was very attentive and his wine pairings with the different meats were spot on. The atmosphere was great and the service was friendly. Thank you!
Best visit since the pandemic started. 1,000% better than this time last year. Wait staff was attentive and nice and the meat came out regularly and quickly. Still not 100% of where they were in 2019 but we’re happy and will be back!
Adult date night! The service was great. Beer choices were slim. Salad bar was smaller then expected. Not sure we will rush back here.
