I made reservations for two. When we arrived were seated in the bar area at a table for two. I requested to sit in the main dining area and was told I had to sit in the bar area because my party was only for two. However, when I was at the salad bar I noticed two tables set up for two in the main dining area where I requested to be seated. I complained again and questioned why there were two available tables in the main dining area. At that time I was told there wasn't a server available. Additionally, there was a couple of two seated at a four person table. I frequent this establishment a lot and was not pleased with this dining visit.
This is a great place to eat. The foods are flavorful. The atmosphere and servers are great. They would have gotten all 5 stars only the last few times it seems that yhe food servers (not the waiters) cater to the larger party's. So the 2,3 and 4 tabled guest get skipped over when serving meat. We had to request more then they came around when it should have just been done. We also found out selfs gesturing for the food to come our way and also got told they will be right there as they walked to the bigger party's then didn't have the meat to serve or had to come back.
Our experience with the waitress was quite disappointing. We struggled to get our drinks, and even when we finally received them, we couldn’t get any refills. As we were nearly finished with our meals, she came by with refills and accidentally spilled a Coke all over me, along with broken glass that ended up in my food. Instead of helping, she just walked away and left the mess. There was no manager in sight. When we approached the manager, she simply apologized but didn’t bother to come to our table. Given the amount of money we spent, we won’t be returning.
The salad bar was impressive, and the food offered great value for the price. I must say it exceeded my expectations. The cuts of meat were juicy and cooked just right. The lobster bisque had a nice flavor, though it lacked pieces of lobster, and had a creamy texture. The ambiance and decor inside were appealing, but the exterior of the building leaves something to be desired. The wait time was reasonable, but it's best to make a reservation if you want to avoid a long wait, as there were more patrons than seating available in the outdoor waiting area.

My family celebrated a birthday at the restaurant and had a wonderful experience. We were seated right on time for our reservation and were quickly attended to by Pablo, who consistently checked in on us to ensure we were satisfied and our soft drinks were refilled. We did have a slight issue when the meat servers passed by us without offering more. However, once we mentioned it to Pablo, he addressed the situation and the meat lovers at our table were delighted again. Overall, we received outstanding service and the food was excellent.
I love the food but the service was the worst service I've ever had at any restaurant. We went for my wife's birthday with family. I bragged about this place to them. I was actually embarrassed the service was so bad. The server was nearly non existent. We had 2 drink refills in the 2 hours we were there. It took 35 minutes for out desert to come out after ordering and another 30 minutes to get the check after asking for it. For the price, I'm not sure if we'll go back.
I understand the importance of having as many tables/seats available for diners, however, there are so many tables and chairs crammed together it makes it difficult to maneuver around. Unfortunately, we saw multiple accidents with the meat servers because they have little to no room to move around.
Overall I felt it wasn't worth the price. The meats were just average. We used gift cards to pay and the did t allow us to use the balance toward tip, which we've always been able to do at other places. That was strange. So now we have left on gift card we will never use.

I really enjoyed the food and the service was great. All our meats were served medium to medium rare like we wanted. I also like that they serve you sides. I went for the lunch menu, I plan on trying the dinner menu.
The food was delish however I get they are understaffed but I feel like we didn't get much refills on our water, sides and service came to ask us once of we were ok in the 1.5 hours we were there
