While I'm not a fan of buffets, this one looked amazing, with more variety than usual including a smoked salmon bar, ham bar, and honey dripping from a honeycomb! We had breakfast here this morning when we were at the Waldorf Astoria. The food was exceptional at the buffet with plenty of choice. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and sweet. Today is my husband's birthday. I mentioned it when I made my reservation. Since it is a breakfast restaurant, I just expected that they would wish my husband a happy birthday. They went way beyond that by bringing out a personalized cake with a candle and the words "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate on the plate. What a reward; what a pleasure! It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny!
The food at Oscar is great and we love to go to brunch and recommend it to everyone! However, please note that as a guideline, they do not accept reservations - even if you book through OpenTable! Sitting is based on the "first come, first served" principle. Note that if the seats are full, they will accept an online reservation with no intention of honoring it.
The hostess dropped us off immediately. Breakfast is chosen from the buffet or from the menu - we ordered from the menu. The menu has healthy choices, and I had the avocado and poached egg on toast. The main course was delivered within 20 minutes and served hot. Menu prices are the same as a Waldorf Astoria, but a bit expensive for the Orlando area.

We visited Oscar's for breakfast and had the buffet. The service was great; All employees were very friendly and helpful. The coffee was really good and there was a juice bar with lots of options. The food was really good and there were many options.
Very good selection of food, we had food from the buffet for brunch and there was a selection of fruit, meat and cheese, crepes, pancakes and a waffle station. Very elegant environment. Valet parking / forget your validation!
I'll preface this review by saying this is the only Brazilian steak house I've been to so I have no basis for comparison.
