Phenomenal service at this location. We have eaten here a number of times since moving to the area about a year ago. Our two most recent visits deserve a review! When trying to clean up our booth and get plates/baskets together for our server, my late grandmothers ring fell off of my finger (unbeknownst to me) and into the bread basket. A few minutes later she came back to the table with the ring, I was beyond grateful Hannah brought it back Our latest visit was just this weekend for my husbands birthday, one of the managers (Ashley) went above and beyond to get us seats at the bar quickly. I feel horrible for not remember our server/bar staffs name because she provides excellent care as wel...
Ordered 12oz ribeye, baked potato, and salad with no cucumbers... I asked the waitress if she could have the person who makes my salad wash their hands in case they touched a cucumber. She assured me “Texas Roadhouse does not serve cucumbers.” I asked her if the truck that delivered the lettuce might have at one time hauled a cucumber. She said the trucks deliver only to Texas Roadhouse and NO Texas Roadhouse serves cucumbers. She never missed a beat. Lacy is a GREAT waitress.
We have eaten there the last two Sundays. Delicious food , courteous servers and awesome place. Everyone works together and makes it fun for customers and employees.
