Terrible experience. Seven months ago, my group and I, including basketball kids, were not able to be seated despite being told the table was being cleaned. This time, we received the same lack of service, with the front girl being particularly unpleasant. I had warned my family of 12 that this would happen, and unfortunately, it did. I do not recommend this place at all. Stay away.
One of our favorite places to eat! The rolls are phenomenal, the steak is always so good and they are typically faster than you would think for a packed out steakhouse. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I arrived at 6 and checked in, but did not get a table until 7:30. The front staff was unhelpful. I recommend choosing another restaurant in the area instead. Service was rated as 1 out of 5.

We have always had a top-notch steak, tender and made as ordered. It's always a good night whether we go with friends, or its just the two of us.
