I bought this family dinner on New Year's Eve, I did an online order at 4pm for me to pick up at 6pm. We got there a bit past 6 and it was total chaos. I understand things get hectic during holidays because I worked fast food myself, but this was bad. Itseemed like they were prioritizing other orders first and I noticed that my order had been sitting there after I had asked twiceabout it. The salad was just enough for 2 people and they gave me 2 really small cups of dressing, the Mac and cheese cups wereonly filled half ways each and the mash potatoes were so dry and didn't have any gravy to go with them. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and they're always happy to accommodate special orders. I highly recommend the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich—it's delicious! I also really enjoy the bacon cheeseburger. I typically get it as a salad pack, but today I treated myself to the amazing brioche bun. The Bone Buckle comes with 8 wings and a half rack of ribs along with one side. It’s messy but quite tasty! If you can, I suggest sitting at the bar; there’s always sports on, and you don't need to drink alcohol to appreciate the great service and fantastic food! I make it a point to come for lunch every Thursday. It’s a wonderful place—enjoy!
Here for lunch on Father's Day. It wasn't much to do and we were inside. The staff was quick and friendly. we had the sampler plate with loaded potatoes, mozarella sticks and buffalo boneless wings. The main meal was a New York Strip Steak medium rare with creamy potatoes and roasted broccoli with lemon. The sampler had four of each item, which means that you need two if you have a group of 5 I didn't get anything from the bar, but they were relatively busy and seemed quite popular.
We were seated immediately. That was the best part. The server was sweet but our food came each plate 20 mins apart. We ended up canceling our last meal as it NEVER came out. How does this place have 4 stars?. We ordered steak which came way over cooked.Ribs that were burned. We did not end up eating most of our food. Super let down as we are starving. We are here on a sat at3pm. It's not very busy. Now I know why.

Edwin was exceptional—very attentive and polite, and I was extremely pleased with his service. The manager, Adam, is also wonderful; he is welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable. I give a big thumbs up for the service, and the meal was just as impressive!

Everything went well. When I visited it was slow so service experience was easy to experience. Our waitress Sonia was over all on point with providing customer service. Food tastes good. Although random treat to go to definitely would recommend going.
Nice place! We loved the glazed burger, ribs, fries, and a few beers. We used to come here nearly every week, but since they discontinued happy hour and half-priced appetizers, we only stop by every couple of months at most. It's unfortunate.
