I and my family went in and waited for 5 minutes to sit patiently, a host came up and asked us if we were waiting to be sitting, and my father said yes, we asked for a table for 9 and they said that we couldn't sit together and we said that was good, but they wanted to sit on two different places in the restaurant, my mother went on when we had to put all of each other away from each other. the manager came and told my father that we had to go because we were the hostess. not at a moment we are my father or my mother rude on the other side we were very patient and had even agreed to sit separate or at least some close together as we came as a family. we asked the manager to ask the hostess t...
the waiter was very unpleasant. I was excited for the greatest part of our visit. I was my sister, my daughter and a friend. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and my side was an salate. salat was burned fine chicken sandwich. my daughter ordered bonless wings with a spicy sauce she also burned hardly edible. we ate what we could. was not at tgi's day off, since I lived about 20 in st. louis. before this time had never been in the situation in fairview, will not return.
the manager sat down and ate with his wife and his child, while the rest of the staff struggled to remain trapped during the “Dinner Rush”. there were 6 of us and everyone got our meal one at a time, 5 minutes apart. tgif could do much better and would certainly have more of an evening meal if they did.
amazing service, our was fast, efficient and best of all, happy. eating was amazing. only worries that the knives were smeared at our table and didn't look as if they had been cleaned well. otherwise, amazing experience!
