After sitting in 2 hours of traffic we arrived here to be greated at the door and seated by a lovely young lady. We were handed menus and we advised we didn't mind how long they took as we were in no rush as our trip home was impossible. We chatted with our waitress and her manager due to food allergies and they were both amazing and fully understood how much of a nightmare customer group we were. When our food arrived it was lovely, tasted good and was hot and well presented. The staff checked we were OK and the food was OK we advised all was good. We made a reservation at the Lakeside Retail Park restaurant and arrived without prior notice that it was our son's birthday. Julie greeted us warmly at the front door and Summer, who took our order, was extremely friendly and smiled throughout our meal. Mark checked on us frequently to make sure we were satisfied and offered anything else we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with beautifully decorated birthday balloons. I would give the service at this TGi's a perfect score of 100%. We were so happy we chose to celebrate our son's birthday dinner there.
Another amazing dinner at TGI FRIDAYS staff really do look after the kids and make them feel really special Food and drinks exceptional as always, staff Very attentive as always and we thought a very nice touch was a visit from The manager to ask if we had everything we needed and to enjoy our evening. As a family we are all in agreement 5 stars.
TGI Fridays is a well-known franchise and appears to be popular. I have had some positive experiences there and some not so great, but overall it is a good option for dining out, as we have frequented this establishment often.

The Jack Daniels Tower at TGI Fridays is delicious. The restaurant has a fantastic menu with consistent decoration across all locations. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.
This restaurant is perfect for a family meal. The kids adored the decorations. We enjoyed a delicious meal and received excellent service from Gemma, which truly made our day.
We were initially disappointed because we couldn't sit where we wanted. The service was okay, but not on par with other places. The burger was not as good as McDonald's.
The staff were courteous and inviting, the food was excellent and arrived promptly. The drinks were also delicious and the staff were friendly. A lovely spot for brunch!
