The manager and a host were present when I entered and they did not greet me. I actually think they glared at me, after a few awkward moments I explained that I made a reservation for 10 via opentable, they had no idea what I was talking about. After checking the reservations they found my party and found room for us. I was waiting by the door and when i went to sit on the couches there were two big piles of spit on the floor. The restaurant was fairly empty, but it took forever to order our first round of food. We were sent a new waitress and she was much nicer and more helpful.
I was very disappointed I made reservations for eight people. the seating was tight and uncomfortable. The waiter took forever to greet us and when he did asked us what we wanted to drink and didn’t come back for at least 20 minutes and then waited at least 45 minutes to be served dinner and then didn’t even get what we ordered. it really will be the last time I go there!!!!
We used to to Friday’s more often. It is still a good place to go with the kids for a reasonable and good meal. My burger was too messy, but other than that it was good. I like the new menu and choices. It is still a good go to family restaurant. We will be back.
8 of us went to birthday dinner. the food came slow, but our waiter was brilliant and kept the drinks and free chips and salsa coming. I don't think they were busy for a night so busy. it was still good! we were all very happy.

Eat wasn't cooking. was out there, the children celebrated. server was good. the management came to apologize, but not back to this place.
They really cleaned this mall up! They have a variety of stores for all different types of people.
The service was great. There was not a crowd when we were there so noise was managable

we went to my daughter's birthday. everything was great. the waiter was extraordinary!
I cannot imagine why this mall removed their lovely children's play area.
