I booked through open table and when I arrived at 1830 on Saturday 30 November at tgi fridays they stated I hadn’t made a booking and we had to wait at the bar until a table became available. Which was about half an hour with my 2 kids. Unacceptable if I’d prebooked. If I was a walk in I would understand. Not Happy as we do like to go there. The kids love it

Sat in bar which was fine. Staff not familiar with open table. Asked several times to make sure they knew I made reservation via open table.
Had reservations and was told we had to wait 20 minutes even though the restaurant was half empty. Food was mediocre at best.
