My 1st time visiting TGI Friday's and initially service was less than desirable. It took about 8 mins to be acknowledged and seated then I asked to sit at the bar where I finally got service. The bartender was super nice and accommodating. He wasattentive and quick. The appetizers were decent and could have been good if they were fresh hot. I ordered the salmon and riceit was delicious. The bartender was running around like a chicken with his head cut off but never missed a beat. I wish I couldremember his name because he needs a raise. Yes they like many places are under staffed but due to the great bartender alone Iwill give this place another try.
Had the Loaded Potato Skins appetizer, 10oz Ribeye with the Jack Daniels glaze, mashed potatoes, broccoli. OMG! So Delicious! Olivia was my wait staff. Service and kitchen were Top Notch. The gentleman that brought my steak out asked me to cut the steak to make sure it was cooked the way I wanted it. Outstanding!! Pricey menu, but I am not complaining, as I felt the service and everything was well worth what I spent for my meal that evening!
We arrived around 3 p.m. on Sunday and was greeted promptly .our server promptly came to the table all smiles and super helpful and patient because we had a ton of special requests. I held my breath hoping our order is correct especially since it was hersecond day working for Fridays. The food was amazing and everything was cooked to perfection. Good Job guys! We will definitelybe back
I don't know what happened to this establishment, it used to be a crazy fun place to go. The one in Vegas was maybe a half step above a Dennys. This location was better than most, the server was excellent. The burger excellent. I had the whiskey baconburger. The sauce is amazing. I hope the chain hangs on long enough so it can improve its dining experience.

GM and hostess were good, but the server didn't even try. She showed up 10 min after we sat down and only saw us to take our order and to give us our bill. The food that we received wasn't correct and we received no silverware. We had to flag down the GM to fix it. Overall disappointing since I have enjoyed the food at several other locations without issue.
We waited for 15 minutes before getting water and then another 10 before we ordered soup and salad. We waited another 20 minutes, and our food never came, our waiter did not check on us. While we were waiting for a simple salad and soup otherpeople had ordered and received food. We got up and left. Won't be going here anytime soon.
We stop here from time to time and today was the best experience we have had at TGI Fridays! Our server was extremely upbeat and friendly. She suggested a strawberry lemonade and the bag of bones with the new blazing ribs and hot wings. So tender and justwhat I was craving. Thanks for the great experience guys.
We had an excellent server named Q. He was very attentive. The reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars is not because of him. The 4 star review was because the kitchen took forever to get the food out and it was super slow due to a snow storm.

The waitress was great, the steak came out like asked and tasted great, the turkey burger was excellent with the gluten free bun. Others at the table had all you can eat shrimp and loved it!!!!
The food was great on Veterans day and served timely. The server was also very good on a very busy day.
