Our experience at Fridays was disappointing from the start. Despite having a party of 4, we were told we didn't have a reservation because our group wasn't big enough. This resulted in a waiting period for my mom's birthday dinner. Once seated, we had to wait 15 minutes for a waiter who appeared unhygienic and disrespectful. After requesting a new server, we were introduced to a kind and polite young lady who salvaged the night with her excellent service. The previous server continued to display rude behavior towards us and other tables, demonstrating a need for management intervention to address his attitude and lack of cleanliness.
We went to the TGIF on a Friday evening after a movie with co-worker. Reservation on Open Table worked well since restaurant was crowded. Staff very friendly. Asked to sit at a table that had just been vacated and needed to be cleaned and that was done quickly. On a side note, my friend had gotten a small cut and was bleeding. Not fault of the restaurant. Our server, Mariah, contacted the manager (forget to get her name) and she brought several size bandages which was very considerate. Mariah was really attentive even on a busy evening. Food was good and drink changes were handled patiently. Kudos to the staff all the way around.
I experienced the slowest service ever today. I was displeased that my pasta dish was served on a skillet not a plate. Oh amd it was room temperature not even hot. My son ordered endless apps and it took about 10 plus minutes to replenish five boneless wings each time. I added dessert and I was served the brownie obsession not whiskey Tennessee cake. I informed the server it wasn't correct and waited 30 minutes before it was corrected and paying for the check with the manager. Some bday lunch with my kids. (A little advice if someone order their food when placing their drink order could mean they have little time to waste.
BEWARE if they are busy on a Saturday night, try may not honor your reservation. I had reservations for 12 people at 6:00 on a Saturday night and they told me at the front counter that they don’t take reservations, even on OpenTable. After waiting 15 minutes, the gentleman that sat us, told me that they did. I guess the people at the front just didn’t want to be bothered... Book a table now
I attempted to make an OpenTable reservation at this restaurant, but they do not accept them. I called ahead to change my reservation from 4 people to 8, but was informed they only take reservations for parties of 10 or more. The rest of the experience was average for a Friday night, but the long wait was frustrating.
Definitely one of the better TGI Friday 's in the area. We were seated ahead of our reservation time, the wait staff were nice, our server was accessible and stayed in touch. The only thing is they don 't tell you about any specials unless you specifically ask. Food was good and timely.
This is a great place with very friendly and patient waitstaff, especially when accommodating our deaf patrons by using paper for easy communication.
I made my reservation but when I got there I was told that the restaurant does not accept reservations! Book a table now
This location stated that they no longer use Open table and therefore did not honor our reservation!
