Manger needs training, very unprofessional, Attitude is horrible. I had a very reservation and told them I had four handicap people coming and she still gave me high top seating chairs. Plus she gave away my table and tried to make my party wait mins and there were a walk in. I will be calling cooperate to report the manager and the unprofessional hosts. This inconvenience made my daughter graduation dinner a disaster.
I would recommend, but I did not like how I made a request minutes in advance , and when walking into restaurant advised the front person she advised they didn’t see my request and I would have to wait. I did fight that and was nicely given a table by a gentleman. So the turnout was fine , but just not the beginning hostess.
Even if we had a reservation people were still being seated before us. Honestly a waste of time. There was a group of before us that were still waiting to be seated they ended up leaving and going across the street to the other restaurant.
This place is filthy, made me loose my appetite. Go somewhere else that believes in cleaning. Also they didn't even know about this app, they said they had no access. Book a table now
Our server Keri was excellent! I ordered the salmon with a half slab of ribs and it was delicious. My companion had the Chicken Alfredo and he thoroughly enjoyed it!
Always a great time at TGIF. Drinks are not strong but you can ask for doubles. Food is fun. Not a romantic place by any means but fun.
