I went to this restaurant on Mother's Day. The service was terrible. One of the dishes we ordered was not edible. They still charged us for the food we sent back. In addition, other items on our bill were priced higher than what was listed on the menu. When we brought this issue to the manager, he appeared confused, became impatient with us, and ultimately did not adjust the bill to match the menu prices. The noise level in the restaurant was incredibly loud. I will not be returning to this establishment.
the reservation was planned a day in advance and when we were in the restaurant, it was closed. when we informed the guy who was there about our reservation, his answer was “I know, but we are closed and will reopen on Friday.” very unprofessional, as I had people from the state who came to dinner in the restaurant. someone should have called and let me know that the restaurant is closed early.

Made reservation and place was CLOSED! Wasted time looking for another place and totally embarassed with party of 4 for special birthday dinner. Someone is not keeping the system updated or informed. Poor on both OPen Table and Thai CHef.
