Ordered online for pick up, received confirmation via email order was received. I was then assigned a confirmation number with an pick up time. When I arrived to pick up my food the service I received (or lack off service I received I should I say) was completely and utterly disrespectful he had no and I mean not an once of customer service to be honest I did not feel recognized as a person. Its sad because I have had serveral good meals and times at the basement, but tonights experience just ruined my appetite and evening.
The Basement is truly a hidden treasure! The food is unexpectedly fantastic and absolutely worth a taste. The drink prices are fair, and the ambiance is outstanding. The bartenders are fantastic and contribute to the wonderful atmosphere. It's the ideal place to relax and enjoy yourself. I highly recommend it!
First time there and we all loved the vibe. High Strung (the band) was there and was amazing. Obviously a Packed house. Drinks were moderately priced which will bring us back. The band was so amazing… the place needs to bring hem back! Didn’t try the food but will try it next time!
This and Royal American are my favorite local bars in the area. Always great food, great specials, fast service, also the heaters were clutch this winter. Been coming here about once a week since moving to Mount Pleasant and they are always on their A-Game.

Went for Sunday karaoke it was so fun and chill!!! The mozzarella sticks were bomb had to dig in before taking a pic ?? my sister got a delicious pulled pork sammie and she said they have this great vinegar based BBQ sauce ? awesome!!!
Fun bar with games like ski ball, basketball, pinball, guitar hero shooting games. They serve food as well but haven't gone there to eat yet.
Decent, popular local bar with standard bar food fare which was done well and they also offer daily specials. Live music too!
