Went here for lunch on yesterday and the experience was lovely, the food was incredible, we especially loved the scallops, but what really made the place was the friendly but impeccable service we received. Every server we interacted with were extremely helpful, had great energy and seemed happy to be there. I am terrible with names but the young man that seated us and took our order in particular was wonderful, he never passed our table without politely checking in on us and really made us feel special on our day out. Thank you we will definitely be back!
Another great place to stop by and have an amazing meal. The staff were very friendly and accommodated us with slight changes to plans. The atmosphere is great, bright, and perfect for a Friday night dine in. They also have a beer garden with sometimes live music. The service was amazing; drinks were served in no time. Then quickly followed by our food. They have great options for kids and also a great simple menu where the food is superb. I will definitely be going again when we are nearby!
Really great customer service experience with Leo! We went to The Bay Mordi last Friday, and were the only people in the beautiful little outdoor area. Despite that, plus that we were ordering via the app, Leo regularly came over to check on us, make sure we were happy with our orders, and refill our water. Really great experience! I also loved the cocktails, and was glad there were vegetarian options on the menu.
We enjoy visiting this place. Sandra is an excellent representative of the staff. She is friendly, efficient and meets our needs including those of the children in our party at all times The food is tasty and for the most part healthy ; our choice which is not the staff's fault. We had my daughters baby shower in the function room upstairs. The team were so helpful, just a delight to work with. The venue, service and food was exceptional. Guests were so impressed. The portion sizes, presentation, and pricing were perfect. The menu was simple yet offered a great variety of options. The staff were very friendly and provided genuine recommendations. The food was delivered quickly. I will definitely return! The only downside was that the chips were overly salty, but everything else was fantastic!
I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The staff made me feel welcome and were charming as they took my orders. The service was quick and efficient. The cook did a great job preparing my meal exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely return and highly recommend visiting this pub. The mushroom gravy was especially delicious.
It was a great place to dine in. There's a lot of options for people who don't eat meat. You can even customise the food with hat you like and don't like. That's a great option .
