Lovely friendly staff here serving a wide range of drinks at reasonable prices. Inside has a really cosy atmosphere but the garden is the real selling point. Although it doesn’t really get much sun and is small it’s a great place to relax. There’s a few booths too, complete with TV’s showing sport, so it’s an ideal place to come with a few friends. Unfortunately the kitchen appeared to be struggling with the demand on the day of our visit, so we couldn’t sample the food or order any snacks, but it’s a really unique place and for a drink I’ll certainly be returning.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could, as the service we received from a supposed manager was absolutely shocking. She complained about serving us, refused to provide ice for our drinks, and then told us to leave. The reaction was unprovoked and completely uncalled for. Even the other staff members were confused by her behavior. Our group was not disruptive or disrespectful in any way, so there was no justification for her actions. We have sent an email, but we do not expect a response as the only address provided is for the manager.
My wife and I popped in this lovely pub on the off chance and we are trying to support local pubs .we had some lovely wine and a few beers plus some nibbles and were able to watch the football on a big screen with plenty of space and a few friendly locals who shared our love of sport . The pub also has a hat den with covered seating ideal for outside drinking . The pub inside has a great choice of beers and the wine was great too . Service friendly and obliging.
A busy bar with lots of beers, ales and ciders available. Well staffed so not too long at all getting a drink and the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We hadn’t booked a table and with the rugby on tv it was busy but we waited patiently and a barmaid found us a good spot to relax. Only gripe was the stench in the gents! As anyone sitting near that area of the pub would vouch, might need a plumber to sort out the drains.

today for lunch with my family. when our food arrived, my court was missing. the kerl behind the bar that served us had read the command back, so it was probably my bad hearing when he was not enforced. give them shannon. should no longer have been apologetic, could give me my food and an extra drink for the inconvenience of waiting. beautiful girl, nice pub. will be absolutely back.
My son and I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with excellent starters followed by noodle soup from their Ramen menu. The food was tasty and well presented. The bar staff were friendly and efficient, and Liv, who served us at our table, was impeccable and charming. I would not hesitate to recommend the Beehive to any of my friends.
Had a great experience with the bar staff, a brown curly hair member of staff (I believe he is called Dan) made our night great, nice to have a friendly face in a pub, made us all want to return
First time at this pub and was a good experience. I had the scampi and chips whilst my friend had the nachos. Food was ok and not expensive. Watched the football. Would return .

Tasty fresh food: not your average tuna melt baguette, all fresh and tasty. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Nice beer garden too. Recommend!
