Our experience at the hotel where the restaurant was located was just as disappointing. The receptionist had described our room as "quirky," but we soon realized that meant the floor was collapsing on one side of the bed, uneven on the other, and there wasn't enough space to move around easily. Additionally, there were two deep steps leading to the en-suite bathroom, which were difficult to navigate, especially in the middle of the night. Overall, our experience at the restaurant and hotel was unacceptable and we will not be visiting again.
My friends and I went to this restaurant for lunch on August Bank Holiday and were attended to by Dani and Becca. The food was served piping hot on hot plates and the atmosphere was excellent. We enjoyed sitting in the garden both before and after our meal. Overall, it was a delightful experience with delicious food and exceptional service. Special thanks to Dani and Becca.
Birthday lunch for my mum with 11 of us. Staff amazing, super attentive and very friendly. They went an above and beyond for us, made us feel as though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Danny and all of the staff were absolutely brilliant and looked after us throughout. Food was great, especially the sea bass and the salmon fish cake florentine.
Party of 14 all pre booked our meals,,service very slow,,only serving 2 meals at a time with 5/10 mins in between the next 2 meal’s arriving,,some had almost finished before all meals were served,,, Same with coffee 2 cups at a time then 10 mins before the next 2 arrived,,

The hotel is in a great location and has parking spaces available. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was small and so was the bathroom. The hotel is very clean and the downstairs is well presented.
The Bell restaurant has a varied menu and the sea bass with risotto was delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive, I would definitely recommend when meeting up with friends or family.
Today, me and my family enjoyed an excellent Sunday lunch, and I must say the food and service were excellent I would like to say a special thank you to Amanda for making us feel so welcome
Seven of us went for lunch and each ordered something different. Every dish was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return.
