when we were here for the first time with a friend while we walked the dogs (which I am looking for at the moment) we sat outside in the sun with a view of the river with the two pooches. we had a laugh, the waitress brought the dogs a tasty bite. we found the personal very friendly for human dogs alike! the menu was varied next time I will certainly try some of the available foods. to visit again, with or without my furry friends!
Excellent cafe for a bite to eat. I was part of a group of 18 who managed to get seated on the busy Easter Sunday. The menu is varied and very reasonably priced, the service friendly and efficient with the food coming out quickly. We could not fault our experience there. Would highly recommend this cafe.
beautiful meal here today. busy little place, but nothing was a trouble. pleasant staff that ticks everything over smooth. had homemade chicken cake that was beautiful! the gravur was something else! very good they find at the bottom of the river. it is also dog-friendly. highly recommended.
The rebranding from Rascals has worked well, together with the new menu. The staff were helpful and friendly together with providing an effective service. Enjoyed the fare, that was well prepared and presented and would recommend it without reserve. Plus, you can take your dog. Book a table now
I hadn't eaten at The Black Mulberry before and I could not fault the food. The steak I had was cooked to perfection and my lemon tart dessert was amazing. There was a great friendly atmosphere and the service was excellent. Will definitely be going back.
we are regular visitors of the black maulberry. always have a warm welcome and the personal is always so friendly and helpful. it is worth taking the walk from the city to the water. nice eating and probably the best coffee I've ever had!
Popped in here after a snowy walk. Our doggies were made to feel welcome and even given treats. The food was amazing and the pancakes to die for. Really friendly staff!! Definitely be coming back x x x x x
excellent caffe on the river. we had the bacon, the braut and the cranberry panini with a pot tee that were all beautiful. highly recommended and will return to try the pancakes and waffel menu! Book a table now
First visit and can't recommend this place enough. Sat outside with a new baby and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great coffee and sausage sandwich as well!!!
