We stayed at the Boathouse in Chester from Monday 15th to Wednesday 17th and it was the best stay we have ever had in Chester. The breakfast was delicious, the dinner was amazing, and the prices were reasonable. The staff were lovely and helpful. It was my birthday and my boyfriend had called ahead to let them know. They went above and beyond by decorating our table with balloons and banners and even giving us a free dessert. The whole experience was a 10/10, we wish we could give it more stars. Thank you again, Boathouse.
It was freezing cold outside and when we walked into the boathouse the fire was on and it’s was very cosy and warm. The food and service was perfect. Jack our waiter was a warm an attentive service and was very helpful when choosing whisky!
Great location, took staff out for xmas meal, Oh dear long hairs in the food, when reported was given a half hearted apology and a I`ll swap that!. No thank you ruined the event.
Superb location by the river. Good food with a reasonably priced menu. Friendly staff. Music playing which I'd rather not have ... although it's not loud.
