The Boiling Crab - Table reservation

3 stars overall I'd have to say. First star reduction. Hostess at the front was rude. We already had a table reserved and were on the waiting list to be seated, as we were waiting outside it began to rain so naturally we came inside to wait, my friend had a baby with him and was told he could not wait inside and had to wait outside. Of course he got upset and told the hostess he wasn't going to wait in the rain with the baby. He asked for management who was nice enough to accommodate us by allowing us to wait inside away from the door. Second star reduction. When we were finally able to sit down, instead of the booth we reserved we were told no booths would be available (by the same hostess...

Our group only waited for 2 hours to be told we had to keep waiting. There was a handful of tables OPENED, still they did not let us get A table. Another 40 minutes passed, host comes and finally gets us a table(s). So basically we waited 2 hours and 40 minutes to get a seat. My question is who is the brain of that operation? Does it really take the whole crew of hosts to get us a seat? 2 hours and 40 minutes to get a seat, plus another 40-50 minutes to get our food, and another 30-40 minutes to eat our food. Basically 4 hours at that place to eat some basic boil. Not sure if we'd be back anytime soon.

Food is bomb but last time I went with my daughter they didn't really cater or pay attention to us and ask if we were good and if we needed anything else so I felt discouraged bout their customer service but Food is bomb tho

You need to order the Whole Sha Bang sauce medium with extra sauce so delicious. And don't forget to get an ice cold Michelada!!
