We had been looking forward to our Sunday lunch but unfortunately we were so disappointed. Our table was booked for 3pm but our food did not arrive until 5pm. The place was chaotic and trying to find someone to firstly take our order and then wait so long for our food was unacceptable. Our table and area was not clean. The food was ok but the steaks my kids ordered were both luke warm. A 20% discount was deducted from the bill and the manager apologised for the wait explaining that there was a system problem with WiFi. We wanted to support this local pub but I don't feel we would go back there again.
The food was good and the set up is great for a family. Unfortunately they are very much understaffed at the moment and while the service was friendly and polite it took a very long time for food and drinks to come (and they were out of most of their Sunday roast options) due to not having enough people to cover the number of tables they have.
With places like this the service counts for alot, and on my first visit I was lucky enough to be looked after by someone who was genuine, engaging, fun, and full of smiles so it gets a yes from me. Decent wine list. Food is good with higher than average prices to reflect.
I had the rotisserie chicken, but it was dry and lacked flavor—very bland overall. The cost per person was around £20–30. I would rate the food a 2, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3. Parking was quite challenging to find.

Thankyou open table, you sent me 2 emails saying that my table was booked for a special 80th birthday. We got there and the pub had shut down!!!!!! No where to go with elderly people on a Sunday lunch time. Awful service.
This pub is Great place,highly recommended, it’s totally shameful and despicable that harrow council for not keeping car park open after 4pm, full time jobsworths! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We arrived at The Case is Altered as scheduled, but to our disappointment, the venue was closed. We were not impressed, as they should not have accepted our reservation in the first place.
Roast beef Sunday lunch was excellent. Good portion size of mouth watering beef and good selection of vegetables. Highly recommend

had the best fish in beerbatter and clobigen chips, can honestly say the fish was amazingly tasty very decent
