An excellent dining experience at 'The Cavalier.' The menu selections were varied; lots of options. Starter highlights: the quail eggs, brussels sprouts chips, and crab salad. Entrée portions are hearty; side dishes are definitely shareable. The flourless chocolate dessert is a must. Much enjoyed the quiet service and overall friendly atmosphere
British themed brasserie in downtown with a sophisticated and inviting ambiance deep leather banquettes, polished brass, zinc, and white marble all make this a great spot for a mid week dinner or just grabbing drinks with friends. My go to items here are the Marlow burger and the brussel sprout chips.
We were very happy with the dining area, which unlike the bar is a little more quite. The Scotch egg is great as is their Fish Chips. Their Crab and Saffron Risotto was a bit salty but good. Great coffee and nice Pumpkin bread pudding
We had lunch before going to see an afternoon play. Love the ambiance, the decor, but felt that the waitresses weren’t so friendly. they need to smile and not be looking elsewhere while asking us how our meal tastes Book a table now
We always have a great time at The Cavalier. The food is excellent and the service impeccable. It's a great place to grab a fantastic meal or share tasty apps before catching a show at the Golden Gate Theatre.
This was roughly the time eating at Cavalier and once again it didn’t disappoint. Perfect placelocation to dine before or after theater at either Golden Gate or Orpheum. Keep up the good work
Another delicious meal at The Cavalier. Burger, Fish and Chips, Brussels Sprout Chips, Summer Pole Beans (brown butter. : all very tasty. Plus a couple of Imperial G&T's.
This is a great spot. I think many of their dishes are a bit too smoky for my taste. But everything else is so great, I overlook the smokiness burgers, sprouts, etc Book a table now
Cavalier is our go to spot for a pre-show meal and cocktail. It always delivers a great meal and experience.
