The decor here is older but in good condition, and the service is excellent. All staff are attentive, speedy, polite, friendly, and willing to do whatever it takes to keep you and your guests happy. Food is tasty, clean, and homemade. The Italian wedding soup, for example, comes chock full of delicious little meatballs which are handrolled and sauteed. Lunch specials are a great value, with huge portions, bread basket, and a choice of pasta or rice, and salad or soup included. Lunch items from the menu are good and wellprepared, but the portions are much smaller than the lunch specials and no starch except the bread basket is included. As always dinner was very tasty. My husband had the biggest piece of Lasagna we’ve ever seen. It was the size of a brick. He’ll get easy 3 more meals out of it. I had something new to the menu Shrimp Augustino, nice dish, the shrimp was delicious nice and crispy they make the best shrimp anywhere around here) fettuccine is not my favorite pasta but it was cooked perfectly I could have asked for rigatoni’s instead, I didn’t think of it) the garlic butter sauce with Romano cheese ,lemon, spinach and roasted cherry tomatoes was ok, I liked all the components but it lacked a punch of flavor. Maybe a little heat would help, not much just a hint. New menu, some old favorites gone, some new dishes.
I think people come here for the quantity rather than quality.I had veal cutlet with eggplant and meat sauce and my wife had the veal cutlet also with meat sauce.The veal was not pounded thin and neither the veal nor the eggplant was crispy.The meat sauce appears to be their marinara sauce with bits of hamburger added in.The meat sauce at Olive Garden at no additional cost is MUCH better
Sophie was a very good waitress. She was very personable and attentive. The food is always consistent we live closer to the Waltham and Burlington location but we went to Jordan’s for a visit. But in general the chateau is the same and delicious at each location you know your going to get great food

It was at patty’s day and as always our family had to have our favorite waitress Kathy. Hopefully by now she knows I can’t tell peoples ages too well. Oh well. She is always a joy and stuffed us all tonight. Lots of leftovers as always. Thanks again guys.
Really, really good. The food is delicious (we had pizza last night). The people are both professional and friendly. The only problem last night was we were seated near the front door, and it was a little chilly. And that really wasn’t even a problem!
Nice place for Italian food! Had to wait a little to be greeted but I’m sure it had to do with like everywhere, being short staffed. Good food. Overall I really enjoyed it here
