We came to Cheesecake Factory for my husbands birthday dinner. We arrived and were seated at 6pm. We ordered our drinks, apps, and entrees at 6:10pm. Our appetizer was sent out in a timely manner but around 6:30/6:40pm the manager came to our table to let us know that there was a mistake made by a new server and they gave one of our entrees to another table. We waited an additional 30 minutes for them to finally bring out both our meals. I bought Spaghetti and Meatballs to go from the Cheesecake Factory at Arundel Mills. Fortunately before taking a bite I cut up the meatballs and discovered that the meat was raw on the inside. I could have gotten food poison. I understand that mistakes happen, but what upsets me the most is how the manager reacted to my complaint. I was told that people order rare meat all the time and don't get sick because Cheesecake Factory uses quality meat. She overlooked that I did not ordered rare meatballs and never apologized to me. We had a fantastic experience at this Cheesecake Factory location. We've enjoyed meals at other locations, but this one truly stood out. Although it took a bit longer for our food to arrive due to the crowd, it was manageable. The portions were generous, served hot, and beautifully presented. Our server was attentive and very friendly, which added to our overall enjoyment. A delightful surprise was that we were seated directly across from Kenny Lattimore and his family, who were also dining there! They said a prayer before their meal, which felt like a blessing for us too. The atmosphere was great, and the restaurant is conveniently located right outside the Maryland Live Casino.
Great food, great atmosphere!We never get tired of coming to The Cheesecake Factory for date night, birthdays, or even a nice dinner with friends. We have never had bad service yet, the staff are friendly and patient. (I know the menu fairly well but still get stuck sometimes on choosing Their jambalaya has a great kick to it and their skinny menu is great too! From appetizer to dessert, this restaurant is a favorite! Make sure to ask for a take out box up front because you’ll want room for dessert! The cheesecake is so worth the calories! Even being side by side to the Casino and mall, the Cheesecake Factory holds its own!!

Hey yalll....This is my top pick places for lunch. Food is always on point. Great services and close to everywhere u want to be. For lunch I had the chicken parm sandwich, something different and very enjoyable, the bread was toasted to perfection.Later, I had the classic cheesecake with strawberries all while getting some reading done for school. Come alone or bring a friend.My meal and dessert= $28.00
The atmosphere is really nice, albeit a bit dim in some areas. The lighting does create a good ambiance, although it can be a bit pricey; three slices of cheesecake cost us $32.00. As for dinner, the portion sizes are quite large. This place is perfect for a special occasion or a rare outing with a small group. I definitely recommend it!
The Cheesecake Factory should be a safe bet when choosing a place to eat, but this location's service is terrible. The staff are indifferent at best. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
I waited 22 minutes for a waiter to take my order. A fly kept buzzing around the table. However, when the waitress finally arrived, she was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent!
