Love love the Cheesecake Factory. The ambiance is .....perfect. Melissa the manager was wonderful. I was hungry and cranky when I sat down.It seemed to take 4ever to sit and be waited on. But they were changing shifts. It wasn't too long ago I was a server and it was during covid . Covid is already over in Holland because the people stayed home and masked up . Hopefully there is a light shining across all Americans soon. I apologized because I was a Karen tonight lol . Food was great as usual. Worth the wait . Cheesecake divine lo-cal cal luscious ..
Haven 't been to Cheesecake Factory in years. Decided to go last week with a friend. When asked for drinks, we both said water . The waiter asked sparkling or bottled? . We responded just water . The waiter asked the same question again, so I responded with bottled . We were charged $11 for two glasses of water $5.50 per glass). We could have ordered sodas and it would have been cheaper. Food was good, but the outrageous charge for water was a turn off for me. I quietly paid and left. I will not be returning.
My sister and I visited the mall and decided to try the cheese factory located inside. We were extremely pleased with our experience. The atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. Our waitress, a lovely young lady named Amy, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you, Amy, for the delicious, fresh food! Her recommendations were spot on. Both the food and service deserve a perfect 5/5. We will definitely be returning more often!
My wife and I went to a late lunch and dinner here and were very surprised how fast we sat, although it was busy. I had the Tuscan chicken and my wife had the garlic shrimp and angel hair pasta. Both dishes were delicious, well seasoned and full of taste. The cheese cake we had for dessert was excellent and Jordan our server was very friendly and professional. We will definitely come back!

This restaurant is very clean, and I felt safe dining here during the pandemic. I think it would be nice if they cleared the tables more often, but overall, the facilities are good. The service was excellent; we didn’t have to wait long before the server took our drink orders. Our food arrived promptly, and everything was as we ordered. Be sure to save room for dessert!
I went on a Sunday so it was quite packed, and even the food came on time, I got the Thai-Kokoskalk chicken, with steak on the side and it was wonderful. Even Nachos were very good. (I didn't include meat in mine) These cheesecake factories are located in a shopping center, so even if u have to wait, u can run around, the Apple shop is right outside.
We celebrated my son's birthday with a dinner at this restaurant. He ordered the four cheese pasta, I had the Tuscan chicken, and my husband chose the steak tacos—all three dishes were fantastic! The cheesecake is consistently delicious, and the portions are so generous that it’s perfect for sharing. The service was outstanding, too!
I came here with my mother and sister, we all loved what we ate!! The Korean Bbq chicken was brilliant, so the fetter-alfredo was. My sister liked her spaghetti and meatballs. Our server, I think she said her name was Jessie, was great! She was super funny and made our experience better. I recommend 100%!

I absolutely enjoy visiting the Cheesecake Factory. It's a fantastic restaurant with an extensive menu. The ambiance is delightful, and their cheesecake desserts are simply fantastic.
