We love this place, but we used to love it more, a lot more. Even during covid, they have done an outstanding job, always prompt, the food is great, always courteous service, but lately we have been noticing a pattern that is absolutely ridiculous to say the least. We always like to give our name and walk around the mall, giving ourselves more than enough time to work up an appetite, but also within reasonable time or at the very least, if it is very too long, we can always just go somewhere else and come back another day. I came here with my mom and sister, we all loved what we ate!! The Korean bbq chicken was awesome, so was the fettuccine alfredo. My sister liked her spaghetti and meatballs. Our server, I believe she said her name was Jessie, was great! She was super funny and made our experience better. I recommend this 100%!
We had a Birthday celebration dinner for my son. He had the 4 cheese pasta, I had the Tuscan chicken and my husband the steak tacos and all three plates were delicious. The cheesecake is always delicious and needs to be shared since the servings are so big. Service was excellent!
Always loved Cheesecake factory in the past. Had take out from Rockaway NJ location. Food was greasy and cold. Poorly packed in disposable containers. A real surprising disappointment.
