This is a really lovely cafe that sells a great selection of food and also locally made gifts. Staff were friendly and the breakfast rolls we had were really tasty. The homemade cakes looked amazing but we didn't get the chance to try them. Will definitely come here again if we are in the area.
Although the restaurant is charming, I was instructed to wait outside in the pouring rain with my 10-month-old baby because the owner doesn't like people waiting inside. There is also no clear system for managing waiting customers. The customer service in this regard was terrible.
No visit to Pitenweem is complete without a stopping at the Clock Tower Cafe. Lovely cosy atmosphere, with friendly and efficient staff. The paninis on both my visits were perfect, and the tray bakes were delicious. Can't wait to go back!
