Unfortunately 2 star because room temperature is extremely cold for sitting to relax and have your breakfast in it's almost feels like Siberia and sits and desks are positioned badly we need place to set our laptop to study comfortably while having breakfast our coffee . Now the reason they earned 2 star only because of their awesome staff here! Very welcoming and nice and people I still ordered and sat down to finishy breakfast and do my homeworks but believe me it's was torturing cold and sits and desks very uncomfortable please fix this issue!!! Order than that everything else was great again staff were amazing no issue there!!
The staff at this restaurant genuinely cares about their customers! They are especially kind to our two little ones, which means the world to us! You won't encounter any snobbery or negative attitudes here; everyone is truly friendly and welcoming. We wholeheartedly recommend this place a million times over!
Not sure when sizes changed, could have sworn I can cop a 32 ounce of almost any cold drink, but got a Vietnamese cold brew for almost 7 bucks and they hand me this small cup. If someone can make light of this that would be great, so till then I'll be skipping it and wasting it at DD or Starbucks.
I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere because of Starbucks' current focus on social issues. This means I'll be supporting Coffee Bean more! You've always been my favorite over Starbucks, but I do wish there were more of your locations. I’m willing to go out of my way to avoid Starbucks!

First time going there and fell in love. Friendly staff, good options and an east to read menu. The wait was a bit on the long side, but nothing I wouldn't expect in Cali at 9 am. Keep up the awesome work!
I absolutely love this location! It's one of the few Coffee Beans that features a drive-thru. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent.
They have a pleasant shop. Loads of good tea first floor, and tea kettles cups and so on higher up. Energetically suggested!
Drive thru does take a bit sometimes, but the baristas are always wonderful and the drinks are never wrong.
