The cafe is nice but the manger she is a nasty manger I’ve bought a bottle of water with my order I didn’t notice it was sparkling before I’ve opend It I notice so go in to ask her to change and she was looking...at me like I’m piece s… and she said to me can’t u read yeah I can read that’s why I come to change and her attitude I’m not to first who complains all my mates who come here and they are about 10 of them we all have the same thing that manger she is just soooooo rude and nasty to be manger and I come for a cafe to chill before I start my day on my own job so be a bit respectful
Today was my first experience at the coffee house and I must say I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I walked through the door. The place was spotless and had a nice relaxing atmospher. A couple of steps into the building and I was...greeted by two of friendliest young women who turned my bad day around. Shops like these should always be about customer services and its lovely to see such young staff doing it the right way, showing their personality rather than showing they can read from a script. Highly recommend and will be returning.
Great place to meet for a coffee, friendly staff, social distancing is in place , one way system, hand santizer as you go in, staff very politely remind customers to wear a mask when walking around, love this place and go quite often, its not...the staff not observing the safety its some of the ignorant customers who do not follow the rules, ignore the negative reviews and try it for yourself
Thank you coffee house for such a delightful experience. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and go that extra mile every visit. The selection of fine cakes are to die for and the white hot chocolate is out of this world. It has a...well led team and a amazing manager (Molly) really couldn’t ask for a better coffee shop it’s a must visit.

Visited this cafe on many occasions and found it very clean, girls are so helpful and friendly always have time to help those that need it. Coffee is excellent and food delicious. Full covid restrictions being followed this is reassuring for the public. Well done...to all staff best cafe in Widnes.
A delightful little cafe in which to spend time with friends. The coffee was good and the Tuna Mayo sandwich was delicious. It was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely accommodating and most pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be returning here when...I’m next in Widnes.
