I'm not sure what the reviewer below is talking about; the Country Shop is the perfect spot for a meal. Raj, the owner, is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast sandwiches (I always go for the sausage, egg, and cheese) are a great size, come out quickly, and are delicious—perfectly fitting the vibe of the place. Why go to Dunkin' for donuts when you can enjoy authentic food and friendly service here? When the coffee ran low, the owner was quick to refill it and even offered me ice cream to cool it down. I highly recommend this place!
This is an excellent deli for delicious sandwiches, coffee and other goodies. I highly recommend the fresh and delicious pastrami sandwich with its generous amount of meat. The staff and owner are courteous, welcoming and very polite and go out of their way to make sure their customers have a great experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY AFTER THE NEW OWNERSHIP HAS MADE THIS PLACE MUCH BETTER!
This place has become amazing since the take over. The new owners are really nice, knowledgeable, and provided some great recommendations when I told them my preferences. The selection available is extensive. They also have a great Instagram page that shows their new inventory and sales going on. I would highly recommend going in and seeing for yourself.
Although the breakfast sandwich was good there was no customary special with coffee included. It appears the owners dont have deli experience. It is now just a glorified independent gas station. A place to go at the last minute if your car has an empty tank.

I've been visiting the country store for as long as I can remember. I recently returned to Connecticut and found out that there had been a change in management. The food is still fantastic! I highly recommend the breakfast sandwiches—enjoy!

I miss the old staff. Get Jane back in there! Did you ever have the best bacon, egg, and cheese? You can't even replicate that now, probably because they use low-quality meat and cheese.

The new owners are really nice! Very convenient and great selection on beer wine and more. Beats driving down to the Post Road for the same thing. Best of Luck Guys!!
