We visited after living out of town for 10 years. It was 1 of our best dining experiences since moving back to STL. Starting with the hostess, then the waitress very experienced and professional and personable. The food was outstanding: mixed green salad, roasted beet salad, grilled octopus appetizer, lamb chops and halibut. I ordered ala carte. My wife had the tasting menu. Portions were perfect. More importantly, the food quality, flavors and presentation were perfection. Service was superb. Everyone really hustled. Great wine list and knowledgeable waitress for both food and wines. Chef /Owner Jim Fiala served the room too. Noise level was a little too high, but not to prevent a conversat...
Thank you for your hospitality and wonderful service. I was having a hard time of reservation on an opentable website for my second visit. Restaurant manager make it posible for me. First time I'm making my own buffet and the second time, Joseph has been awesome with the chill soup wich is I didn't like,and he wants to make his customers satisfaction by offering me an Octopus dish! The food portion is very acceptable for your stomach from appetizers to dessert. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is my wife’s and my favorite spot for special occasions. The Crossing stands out as our top restaurant in St. Louis. We highly recommend trying the tasting menu to fully enjoy the experience. The food and wine pairings are consistently exceptional. While it’s not cheap, it’s definitely worth the price. Be sure to make a reservation in advance.
I have to say that Tte Crossing is the best place in Saint Louis by far! The food, the fantastic selection of wines and the exquisite service are top notch. We keep going back and last evening we celebrated two of our dear friends birthdays… it was perfect and unforgettable. Thank you to all of you at The Crossing.
