our party of 3 visited privthi for the first time on Thursday night and we were all incredibly impressed by the overall experience. it feels intimate and the service was impeccable. we chose the tasting menu that included 6 courses and each cure was as delicious as the last (it is rare that we can not choose a favourite course). the personal ensured that they felt welcome and cared for them, which enabled us the perfect attention to relax. it is booked quite far in advance if they want to book a weekend, but it was worth it in this case. I decided to go back to my 30th birthday party in a few months and we intend to try the bar above for pre-dinner drinks. we will come back eagerly!
one of the best restaurants we visited. we have eaten in some wonderful restaurants in london and elsewhere, but we love everything about prithvi. the combination of the aromas of prithvi is something to see the perfect mix of Indian aromes with Cotswold products. jay, although the owner, has time for everyone and the sommelier, elliott, is very well known, the wine pairing with the tasting menu was made perfect. the entire team is phenomenal many thanks for another beautiful evening and the hope to make it soon again from london!
Perfect experience, food absolutely amazing, service is spot on (our glasses were not empty for longer than a minute), very thoughtful extra touches eg. place to put bag for ladies. I can only recommend! Thank you!
eating was excellent, a taste sensation in every cure. some delay for our reserved table, but management were apologetic and delivered cocktails as geste. would definitely visit again.
