I spent nearly $20 on food, purchasing a Double Cheese Burger Box and a 4-piece Chicken Special, but everything was cold and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. When I called to speak with a manager about the issue, he told me their policy was to return the food, but I had already driven home. I don’t plan on coming back or bringing my family here again.
Ordered today and bit off burger and it was raw and fries were cold. Buzzed for worker to come out to get raw cold food and redo it the worker came back out with same burger that I bit off. Went inside to complain to owner and he was nasty and rude and refused to make the order right. The food here used to be great but it’s been going downhill the last few years
The Drive in (formely known as 301 Drive Inn). Is another staple in the Florence community. Great burgers. Awesome Chicken, however the serice can be slow during peak times. I would definitely recommend calling in your order at least 30 mins in advance, if not you could find yourself waiting 30 minutes while your food is being prepared.
