My review on my first visit to the duck westbourne. 1. Food is 4* can improve. We had the tempura prawns which were cooked perfectly,5*. I had the BBQ big boy,3*. What let my dish down, the dry chicken and not so soft corn on...cob. The ribs however were the best I've ever had, juicy, tender goodness that even my partner had to steal from my plate. we had not booked this event for a group party! we booked and gave names and email and phone number to a member of the staff who repeated it back for a party from 4.30 clock and was told that everything was booked and we...did not need to pay a deposit if we were offered as we arrived, the manager was incredibly rude and not helpful then she went on to me over personal not to show up and as she was uncomfortable twenty two people showed up and we were finally allowed to have one opposite and spent a lot of money on drinks and eat until 11.00 a.m. the take-up must have risen. Came to the duck for a couple of bevvies with the lads. The owner was obviously a little under the weather because he wouldn’t allow me to take a seat, even though the venue was empty, there must’ve been bad Feng shui in the venue....The manager seemed to be having a bad day because her attitude was stinking, she was clearly not in he mood to be hospitable. Overall, terrible experience. Would recommend if you enjoy terrible service and rude waiting staff.
the service was great before! Now it's like a choir to serve the customer that team member today in orange hemd would be more on his phone talking to the bar staff instead of doing his job. we. have helped us to menus and wait. we are from the circo lounge much better service with attentive employees, youngs they need to play on their game, otherwise customers will go elsewhere! it is very quiet, so no exclusive for hustle and bus services.

Absolutely excellent what a brilliant find staff where brilliant and very helpful, food was fantastic a different take on everyday food and really well cooked and presented . The atmosphere was really nice and welcoming we so enjoyed it here will definitely be going back...again. I would personally recommend giving the duck a try you won’t be disappointed. visits the duck with family for eating and drinks! has not got its names, but the North Coast that served us made our experience great! eating was amazing! this was our second visit and will return 100%!
Delicious food with a good variety of options. Wraps, burgers, nachos, Mac n cheese, ribs. Fun bar ambience even though we went for lunch. We will be back for an evening meal.
Before dinner drinks with friends. Cocktails looked good, service was excellent. I'll be coming back for a few beers at some point in the near future.
