The Dutchess - Table reservation

We arrived on a busy Saturday lunchtime and there was no space left so they told us we could go through to the Duke which runs off the same kitchen. When we got in there, there were no menus and the waitress was reeling things off until she said something we liked the sound of This is my reason for the 4 stars. However, they completely redeemed themselves with the incredibly lovely staff, the lovely homely feel of the cafe and most importantly an amazing milkshake, scrummy toasties and lovely tea! Will 100% be back next time I'm back in the area.

a really nice caffe that has a beautifully decorated interieur and courtesy and friendly staff. the menu looked very tempting, but we would only dive for a drink before we travel home from vacation. we had a beautiful coffee and my son shaved over the milkshake with saw and fold! (the frequent splashing out the coffee spot through the barista was a small annoyance and I seemed to find it much more here than others, but a really small thing!

for a coffee and snack and loved him here. decor is unique and really adds a touch of individuality to the place. the staff is really friendly and helpful and the portions are more than generous. I have a pancake stack and fought to finish it. great value for money.

nice eating. beautiful atmosphere. very busy for such a small caffe and the personal are beautiful. beautiful small touch in the bathroom for sanitary products. as they see super dog friendly!

coffee stuffing as we get our camps. dutchess is ideal small caffe only from the main street. the table service is relaxed and menu to die. I'm sorry I couldn't listen to eating!
