On Sat, 04/03 my friend and I came and had high tea here. We had bought a voucher online for high tea ($49 for the both of us).
Upon arrival the staff was friendly and gave us instructions to the lift and to proceed to level 30.
We were greeted by another staff member who guided us to our seats by the window overlooking the CBD, it felt really warm and was hoping the aircon/ coolness would hit soon.

Great addition to the Brisbane bar scene, finally a bar 30 storeys high. It has a great view of the city and river and has a casual vibe. Most skybars have table service which I was expecting but you order at the counter and they bring it to you if it is a cocktail. Had a G&T and some Lavender Margherita which was good. It's decent but could do with a lot of improvements to the decor, music and overall ambience. I much prefer Lui Bar in Melbourne and Blu Horizon in Sydney, both have incredible cocktails, purposeful, expensive feeling decor & design, amazing service and feel much more thoughtful. Sazerac feels quite budget and unspecial in comparison. Needs better furniture, stronger...
Came here for pre-dinner drinks. OMG the lavender margaritas rocked our collective worlds. Minds blown on how amazing they were. They tasted like heaven.

Rooftop bar = outdoor space and fresh air right? Wrong. This felt claustrophobic and mean. Not the luxe standard you'd expect from a Sheraton. Retrospectively note the cheap ass furniture & decor comments from other reviewers. They were right.

My cousin and I tried the sparkling high tea at this establishment on the weekend, and we loved it! The pastries & sandwiches were delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive. What set it apart was how the chef actually came out to speak to us in person about our dietary requirement (as we are Hindus) & to find out what sorts of meat we could eat, and catered to this. I will definitely be recommending the high tea to all my family & friends, and will definitely be back to try a cocktail later. ????
I had high expectations after the hype of it all.
I was expecting a stylish bar.. But very average decor, loud nightclub music. We ordered food. It all came out cold and they brought out food that we didn't order. The octopus was chewy, and all dishes had unnecessary sides that made no sense. I guess you don't go to a bar for the food.
In saying that the cocktail were yummy and fun. Service was very average

The cocktails are great but the poor ambience and cheap decor really discourages me from going again. The views aren't that impressive to make up for the lack of ambience. Definitely not a place I would recommend to visiting friends. As a local, maybe worth trying once but I doubt you would want to go back.
Nice food and enough of variety to keep me busy eating and feel full, however the table setting makes the ambience looks and feels like being in a workplace cafeteria rather than being in a 5 stars buffet restaurant. Other than that there is really nothing at fault.

Tried it for lunch. Received the wrong order but staff simply would not acknowledge it. Bad experience all round. The limited view does not counter the lack of care and attention
