At 12 o’clock on Wednesday, July 14th, a woman refused to give me my pick-up order after calling it out because I wasn’t standing in line. She then held my order while answering three different phone calls. There was no one else in line, and I wasn’t blocking anyone. It seemed like she was on a power trip. When I asked if she was refusing to give me my order, she reluctantly handed it over while rolling her eyes. I asked for her name, and she said it was on the receipt. When I told her it wasn’t, she refused to give it, clearly aware of how rude she was being. I will definitely report this to management. Customers should not be treated like that. I have since learned her name is Antonia.

It's 12:00. July on a Wednesday. The lady refused to give me my pickup job after she called him, because then I wasn't in the line to keep my order while she took 3 different phone calls. No one was in line and I wasn't in the way someone ordered. She had only one energy trip. When I asked if she refused to give me my order, she gave me my order unwillingly while she rolled her eyes. I asked her about her name and she said it was at the entrance. I told her it wasn't there and she refused to give me her name because she knew how rude she was. I'm going to manage it. Customers should not be treated like this Only found out their name was Antonia.

The food was good. However, I was charged for extra condiments, while I noticed two ladies who asked for more sauces after reaching their limit and weren’t charged. I guess they got lucky. My main concern is that in California, where we’re already burdened by taxes, they nickel and dime us for sauce. It feels a bit petty—just my opinion, but I guess that’s what high gas prices do to people. Overall, good food.

I've never been to a place that limits sauces and charges extra for going over the limit. I ordered a mini bowl and since I like it spicy, I would have liked to have four sauces, but with the mini bowl, I was only allowed two. I didn't want the onions, so they could have at least let me have a third sauce instead. I was already almost out of time for lunch, or I might have just walked out. Book a table now

The food was good. Limit to spices they charge me, I noticed that 2 ladies ask for sauces after they there so called limit and not loaded Oh well they came good for them. My problem is the business in California where we are? re all ready over burdened by taxes they nickel and dime us for a sauce. A little bit small, I mean comments that?s what gas prices you will do. Good food.

Delicious as always. This location was really good, they put a lot of meat on my rice which I really enjoyed. I always consider flame boiler to be a healthy choice and alternative to other food locations in the area. Definitely give this place a try. My only complaint would be the music they were playing was a little funky. Other than that great service thank you.

The food is always consistently cooked well at this location. The portions and food quality are good. They workers at this location have to deal with some class A jerks sometimes and they do a great job at putting up with them. South Gate can be a challenging place to work at...

Stingy with the sauces and bad customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t give me their info. How is it that before the pandemic it was self serve but now I have to pay extra for sauce???Will be going to waba grill from now on Book a table now

The restaurant offers high-quality food and fast service. I visit the restaurant two to four times a week and enjoy the unique taste of the meals. The prices are very reasonable.
