We order a takeaway just after 1.15pm for just under £50 £48 something). It states on the terms and conditions that it be delivered between 11.30-3pm. Completely fair… I rang the restaurant at 2.30. Spoken to someone completely uninterested to be told the deliveries are all out and should be there by 3pm… currently 3:47pm and no sign of food. We have had no phone call, no email regarding the order and rang 3 times to no answer or call back. Don’t take on deliveries if you can’t carry out the service, luckily we were going to pay cash. To anyone reading done waste your time.
Not sure about parking as we all walked about 20m to the Fountain. A busy one way in and one way out establishment. I'd recommend not to sit by the main entrance in winter as it gets cold or by the toilets as it can get smelly. For £11.95 I had an all you can pile on your plate lunch. I had three meats of beef, pork and turkey with all the trimmings. I'd give 5 stars if the toilets were updated, the potatoes were roasted and if the price was £9.99. I will come here again.
The best carvery I’ve ever had. 3 freshly roasted joints of meat, extremely generous portions, pigs in blankets, stuffing, yorkies, new and roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots, sprouts and garden peas, gravy and all the sauces. Extremely tasty. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return
Most dissapointed went there for the first time wiil not be going back , spent 10-15 mins while staff just stood around one playing with her phone He may be a chef but needs to get lessons in carving . stuffing uncooked , sprouts like bullets , not a very good meal at all have had much better in our area .

Sunday roast, always busy and very popular on a Sunday, food is always of a good quality and always cooked well by justin the head chef, top tip from me is 12 till 3 is very very busy I alway go about 3pm when it's just dropping off. Booking is a must, no walk ins, best carvery in the area.
Valantines tapas evening meal, lovely food as always, reasonably priced meal 5 tapas £20, we had 10 and to be fair very tasty. Only down side was two glasses red wine and one lemonade £16 that to me is too expensive. But overall not a bad place
I had an amazing meal at this restaurant today. There was plenty of delicious food, and the staff was very attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.
The food at this restaurant is amazing, especially the gravy which was perfect. Everything was spot on and I would give it 5 stars. The staff were very helpful and always kept the place clean. FairPlay!
