It all started off well; our waitress was fantastic and we had no complaints about her service. She took our drink orders, and while the margaritas were good, they weren’t exceptional—it's hard to go wrong with those, though. Then we finally placed our food order, but it felt like it took forever to get that done. The waitress was really busy. We sat down at 7:45 PM, and we didn't receive our food until after 9:30 PM, which I find unacceptable. Most of our food arrived cold or dry. I had ordered a medium-well burger, and to my dismay, it was rare—barely cooked at all. I was so hungry that I didn't want to wait any longer, so I just settled for it. The food was disappointing, and considering...

I understand that restaurants can face kitchen and staffing issues. However, it’s not just about the problems themselves but how they are addressed to improve the situation. The customer service here was lacking and showed a complete lack of concern. Instead of the manager coming over to apologize, offer a complimentary drink, or at least bring some bread while we waited, he did nothing! There was also a family next to us with two kids who were facing the same issue, and their complaints were ignored as well. If the manager hasn't grasped the basics of customer service, he should not be in that role. This restaurant would greatly benefit from Gordon Ramsay's expertise! It's disappointing t...

The moment we walked in we got captured by the welcoming atmosphere. The warm and cozy environment, the smiles and curtesy from those who greeted us and the perfect table where we got sit prepare us for a wonderful experience. We ordered naked oysters, the DB Clothesline Slab Bacon, the lobster dumplings, jumbo shrimp crushed avocado, lobster dumplings and the gruyere popovers to share among the group. The flavors, quality and presentation of these dishes were all perfect and a reflection of the outstanding work of Chef Mathew Turney and the entire staff. The desserts were the perfect ending to our wonderful experience!! 5 starts are not enough to really describe this amazing restaurant, foo...

I've been a regular at the Fox and Falcon since it opened a few years back. I’ve known the owner, David, from his previous restaurants in Jersey City and NYC, which I used to visit frequently. We really enjoy dining at Fox and Falcon, and the food is consistently excellent. The atmosphere caters to everyone, from the rustic dining room to the cozy Irish pub in the basement. We spent a lot of time here, including during the pandemic when they offered outdoor seating with tents and heaters. Each visit has been a wonderful experience. The food is simply amazing, and I appreciate that they feature some local ciders on the menu! It's also a great spot for families with kids. I look forward to man... Book a table now

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. As a local resident, I was disappointed by my visit. My crab cakes were still frozen in the middle, and when I brought it to the waitress's attention, she accused me of lying. The atmosphere was chaotic, with too many intoxicated patrons around the bar. I even witnessed someone using cocaine in the restroom, but when I reported it to the waitress again, she dismissed my concerns. I will definitely not be returning; the place felt more like a drunken den than a respectable restaurant or pub.

Food took a half hour to be served and my burger was cold. They wanted to heat it up rather than making a new one. Then they tried to charge me $23 for the burger when the menu listed it for $18. My wife and I were seated at the smallest table possible when there were many open booths. We asked to be moved but we're denied. Those booths were not filled the entire 1 1/2 hours we were there. No apologies or explanations for the cold food and the overcharging.

Really nice place. The food was nice and fresh. I liked that the bar had open windows near it. We sat at the bar and the bartender forgot to put our appy in and then blamed the kitchen. Forgivable tho. He then forgot my beer. I would go back since the food made up for the service but I was excepting more. The restaurant is stunning both inside and out. With its wood accents, brick walls, tin ceilings, and fireplaces, it has a trendy yet elegant atmosphere. The heated patios are a fantastic addition, and there are multiple stories that can accommodate larger parties. Their drink menu is quite innovative. Although I didn't try the food, the staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. Book a table now
