Popped down for lunch last week the hosts could not have been kinder or more appreciative of NHS staff, they offer a discount on what was already great value for money food. The food was fresh and delicious there was a little wait but the standard of the food made this pale into insignificance . Everything was prepared to perfection I wish I had time to stay for coffee and desert. I would highly recommend both the venue and people who are now managing this pub
This restaurant is a perfect spot for hosting small events. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond for us. The food was delicious and we even got complimentary tea and coffee. This restaurant is absolutely lovely. My family of eight had a wonderful roast dinner in the quiet bar area. The atmosphere was lovely and the barstaff were kind. The chef deserves compliments for the superb home cooked food. Thank you, we will definitely be back.
I held my Birthday drink here with a buffet and we were made to feel so welcome! The drink was good and the buffet was so PLENTIFUL we gave some away to other customers! They deserve to do well as they offer good old hospitality!
