I’ve been here a few times, and I’m always pleased with what I order! I’m a Southerner, so I’m pretty critical of New England places that try to imitate southern cuisine, but their fried green tomatoes and hush puppies hit the spot. The cocktails are delicious, and I also really appreciate that they have some creative nonalcoholic cocktails too. The decor and atmosphere make this place really stand out, too.
If you love Southern cuisine, Frogmore is definitely worth a visit. Although Southern food isn’t my top choice, the dishes I do enjoy here are exceptional. Their fried chicken is incredible, and the cornbread served with honey butter is a standout. The bourbon cocktails are top-notch, and the staff is warm and welcoming.
Food was great. Staff was kind but there were several odd moments (someone brought out a plate of collard greens with the rest of our, put it on the table, then came back a minute later and removed it. They did give us extra dessert and candles to sing happy birthday for the birthday honoree.
Our server was excellent, and the atmosphere is casual yet charming. The food was good, though we felt it was slightly overpriced for what was offered. Overall, it was a decent experience, and we would consider returning. Book a table now
The food was excellent! They got our drink order wrong and took it off the bill with no issue. They even surprised our birthday girl with a free dessert. Such a pleasant group of waiters. We will absolutely be back.
I had a wonderful brunch at Frogmore! The cocktails were amazing, and the staff delivered top-notch service. I tried the garbage plate—it was enormous and incredibly tasty! The prices were also very fair.
I feel really lucky to have such a great restaurant in my neighborhood. The food is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, and they even have pinball machines to play!
Entrees were sized more like appetizers, which was disappointing considering I’m especially pregnant and especially hungry. Food was bomb though Book a table now
