After a day filled with activities, I made a reservation at Briars for dinner. The staff were attentive and displayed a great knowledge of the menu and its ingredients. The menu is concise, yet offers a solid variety of dishes, all of which were of excellent quality. We shared several small plates that were full of flavor, and the desserts were delightful. I am more than happy to recommend a visit to Briars. A big thank you to both the front-of-house and kitchen staff; I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there.
This is a delightful dinner destination if you find yourself at the Bay and are looking for a more upscale experience. The menu was intriguing, featuring a variety of excellent choices (we particularly enjoyed the pork schnitzel and the ricotta gnocchi, topped off with a crème brûlée for dessert). Although there was a sizable group present during our visit, the staff ensured we didn't feel overlooked at all!
