I visited twice within a week and both experiences were different. We visited on a Monday as a large family. There had been a mix up with the two tables not being near each other as requested but this was sorted immediately. We were sat down and service was quick by friendly and helpful staff. Our sides were brought as starters but we were offered an apology. We were also informed the kitchen was closing early and Jayne ensured the kids got their ice creams. Jayne was brilliant the whole night. I visited again on the Wednesday and service wasn't as quick or helpful. This is no longer our local but we keep coming back most weekends. The staff are always amazing and very friendly. There was recently a menu change which led me to be a little stuck on what to order, Mark was brilliant and made an amazing recommendation, which I'd definitely have again. 10/10
We came last night for curry night and had the chicken tikka, everything was hot and tasted amazing. Portion size was good and very cheap with the Wednesday deal !!!! All the staff were friendly , Emily looked after our table and made sure that everything was fine. Overall a fab night
